BIL, which stands for ‘Buy in Lebanon’, is a reliable real estate partner, located in the heart of Beirut and having another branch in Byblos, Sydney & Ivory Coast (Africa). Having prominent belief in Lebanon, BIL’s team comprises of only the most dynamic, innovative and passionate team of professionals, who are attached to their homeland. Following anecdotal stories of disputes and struggles during sales and/or purchases of property in Lebanon, two Australian Lebanese businessmen, and brothers, Alan Joe Khoudair & Charbil Joe Khoudair founded and formed BIL in 2015.

Having a great connection and attachment to both Lebanon and Australia, their aim is to provide good quality, professional and trusted advice to Lebanese Expatriates seeking to purchase a property as a home or an investment or a holiday home in Lebanon, and are unsure or skeptical about their first move.
Alan and Charbil were raised in a traditional Lebanese family with great love and passion for Lebanon. Their parents migrated to Australia at start of the Lebanese civil war in 1975 with their two young daughters. Alan and Charbil were both born in Australia, but in less than a decade, and due to their parents’ utter love for Lebanon, the family moved back to Lebanon in 1984.

Alan and Charbil moved back to Australia in 1996 to embark on their educational journey. After completing their studies, they both chose their respective career paths and focused on working hard servicing their business clients & communities, whilst contributing in their own way and most certainly in a positive way to this great nation ‘Australia’, which they so much love & respect.

Alan and Charbil have built a respectful reputation in their respective long-standing businesses and within the Lebanese community in Australia.

Alan, is a qualified Financial Adviser, Property Specialist and a dynamic entrepreneur with close to twenty (20) years of experience in the financial services industry and real estate business. Alan, is a community-minded person, a married man with one (1) young child and has been involved alongside his brother supporting the community with charity and voluntary work for almost twenty (20) years.

Alan’s passion to meet clients’ needs and wants across various industry sectors, predominantly property investment and financial management, strengthens his mission to transforming BIL into a top class worldwide Real Estate organisation that provides professional services to the Lebanese Expatriates to ultimately deliver trusted advice.

Charbil, is a qualified Civil and Structural Engineer and the founder and principal of Cadmus Engineering, with more than 15 years of combined experience in the construction and consulting engineering industries. He has built a team of professionals and services many of the Sydney based Architects, Builders and Developers.

Deeply community-minded and a married family man with four (4) young children, Charbil is a prolific volunteer who believes in generosity of time and spirit, and encourages others to discover how rewarding it can be, at work and outside of work. He has been involved in with the Lebanese Australian Community for over twenty (20) years. Being an Executive Director and Committee member in his hometown’s Charity Association in Australia for 7 years, he became President of the Association in 2012 for 3 years and continues to support the community. He is involved in other volunteer work such as Church committees and other community based groups.
BIL incorporates invaluable partners who are an integral part of this great global Expatriate Property Investment model and are extremely passionate & determined to deliver incomparable advice to the Lebanese Expatriates seeking to purchase land, home and/or an investment in their home country. BIL Partners have achieved their own respective business & personal ‘successes’ & are excited to bring to BIL almost Two (2) decades of combined business & personal knowledge to share with customers who are passionate about owning their own home or investment in their motherland ‘Lebanon’.
Victor, started his career in the advertising and marketing field. He is a creative and strategic thinker entrepreneur with fresh and creative ideas.

He is the founder of Publicity, a real estate/ nightlife project that had witnessed tremendous success in Byblos, Jbeil and has another advertising agency that produces creative concept designs and services.

He owns shares in a property development firm and another contracting company in Ivory Coast. Victor is a multitask person with lateral thinking and believes that the core of success is based on the synergy found among the partners who must share the same values and vision.

Anthony, is a qualified Web Designer and Developer and has been involved within this space for over 15 years. Anthony is responsible for launching the first online directories for the Lebanese & Arabic communities in Australia, ‘Arabic Pages’ & ‘Arabic Nights’. Furthermore, Anthony has a deep passion for Lebanon and has been involved within the Lebanese Australian community for over 18 years, delivering top service and assistance within his respective field.

Anthony is renowned for his community spirit and generosity to charity causes. He’s been a committee member in his hometown’s association for the past 10 years and has been involved in his Parishes committee and other community groups Abou Joseph is an integral partner of BIL and is committed to working tirelessly towards providing expatriates with an opportunity to access good quality & reliable advice about purchasing a property in their home land Lebanon.
Nadim has 10 years of experience in the Construction, Property & Real Estate services industry being closely aligned with the operations and management of developments for construction companies in Australia. He has worked for Australia’s leading Construction companies in Senior Roles and has built a wealth of networks and contacts leveraging them to achieve common goals.

Nadim is passionate about helping the Lebanese Expatriates achieve good quality and reliable advice, presenting them with an Armchair ride throughout the whole process of purchasing a property in their homeland, Lebanon. Nadim has a vision for change and always works towards achieving a mutually beneficial outcome for all parties involved.
Rafic has built a corporate career within the Financial, Project Management and Consulting fields within major Banks, Fund Managers & Superannuation companies of Australia. Within the past 5 years, he has taken multiple and leading roles in reviewing Target Operating Models and providing recommendations for sustainability and supporting the launch of programs with strong performance measures.

With a strong field in Finance and Project Management, Rafic has ultimate passion to the property sector, Lebanon and Lebanese Expatriates. With his wealth of knowledge, he is able and capable of providing customers with TOP quality and trusted advice on the purchasing on a property in their home land.
Abboud, a Lebanese Australian, is a passionate family man and father to three (3) young children, brings with him a wealth of experience in business development and building solid client relationships. He is a gregarious person and a dedicated business man.

He completed his university studies graduating with a Bachelor and Master Degree in Restaurant and Hotel Management, in addition completed a Master in Business Administration. He has built over Fifteen (15) Years of business and client relationship management experience, including Sales and Marketing roles across different industry sectors.

Abboud takes on an important role with Buy In Lebanon; he is a strong believer in always owning an asset in your home land and expanding your investment portfolio into a country that has offered so much talent to the world through its reputable repatriates.
